[SWEAT LODGE... GOD... awful. Molly how are your arms.
But yeah at some point after mini-inves Childe dipped out to take a shower, so he is freshly laundered, and in the black version of his outfit. Laundry later...
Anyway! He nods in greeting, hands in his pockets.]
How are you doing? [After what they woke up to, and the announcement.]
[That Molly is better-rested, even if he's not quite sure how much he believes it, given what they fell asleep to. As for the murders... he shrugs lightly.]
I can't speak for Kaz, but Grell did upset quite a few people. [He does not say "she had it coming" but he's thinking it very loudly tbh.] If a prize wasn't a powerful enough motivator, emotion generally is.
[He's mostly just surprised Vlad is still alive tbh]
Kaz was certainly-- Well, he was weird, but not in a way that I thought was deserving of death. Grell struck me as dangerous. Someone else might thought the same. Or that we wouldn't question it too hard if she was taken out.
[well,]
Speaks to how dangerous it can be to say your every thought aloud here.
I have it on good authority that at least a few of us are not surprised in the least to find that Grell didn't make it through the night.
[Mostly because this is a bad game full of bad people, but also, Molly's right! Grell wasn't exactly trying to hide how, ah, passionate she was about the execution process.
As for Kaz... who knows. Maybe Grell killed him! It'll be a mystery until tomorrow (and will probably remain a mystery given our collective lack of brain cells).]
Truthfully, I'm more interested in the pattern. It's been seven days since the last time. [Which seems an oddly long time to allow someone potentially dangerous to run free, if that was truly the concern. Another feature of this place, he's guessing.]
[Childe makes a quiet noise, tapping his finger on his hip.]
During the last trial, Greed said they believed it was a result of someone's desire to kill. [To "indulge in such a way", rather, but same thing really.] But if I had to take a guess, I'd say it's someone's idea of entertainment.
