I have it on good authority that at least a few of us are not surprised in the least to find that Grell didn't make it through the night.

As for Kaz... who knows. Maybe Grell killed him! It'll be a mystery until tomorrow (and will probably remain a mystery given our collective lack of brain cells).]
Truthfully, I'm more interested in the pattern. It's been seven days since the last time. [Which seems an oddly long time to allow someone potentially dangerous to run free, if that was truly the concern. Another feature of this place, he's guessing.]
