W0 - MONDAY

[I think we are ... coloring. Molly is ignoring the coloring books in favor of ... hm. Mysterious rectangles of paper. Seems like he's sketching something in favor of coloring inside the lines. Bad. Going to get a bad grade.]

[ she thinks it's neat! like he's making his own outlines to color? maybe? hopefully, for the sake of his grades??

she's leeeaaning over to get a better look because she's curious. ]

[Seems like he might be. Just a rough sketch of a figure in the center of the card so far. When he notices he's being watched though, his gaze flicks up, he grins, and pulls the card closer to him.]

Seeing them before they're done is bad luck.

W0 - FRIDAY

[Well, at some point you can catch Molly just. Standing back near the dorms, eyeballing the moat that's between him and the rest of campus. Just muttering to himself, clearly getting more and more irritated. What a disaster of a day!]

[ lux will approach, with a fair amount of concern. considering people are turning up dead - and also dazed and confused. ]

[He didn't ... really know the guy. But it's a pretty fucked up situation to be suddenly finding yourself in.]

Fuck. Honestly at a bit of a loss of how to react. Yourself?

Week 0: Sunday

[ lux is just kind of pacing around the campus grounds, after all that. it's hard to imagine just going back to the common room and relaxing.

she tries to give molly a quick smile in greeting when she sees him, but can't quite manage it, this time. ]

... It was wise of you to leave. And - I appreciate you taking Hope away.

[Well, he feels pretty much exactly the same way, so. They can pace together now at least? He just nods, sort of toying with one of the loose necklaces at his collar, running his claw along the links.]

Not sure Hope appreciates it so much, but-- Well. Personally didn't think there was much worth seeing. At most it was just showing us what they can do to us, yeah?

No, I don't imagine he does. But there's no reason to make him watch something like that. I don't mean to deny him the reality of this situation, but there was little gained from watching.

Week 1: Saturday

[ well, they're both walking the same way after - that fucking mess. ]

What in the world kind of a clue was that meant to be? Two fortune-tellers among us and we couldn't make any sense of it.

[He's got his to-go coffee cup, which looks. Heavier now.]

I would like to aspire to solve this on our own time, but when we know it will only repeat again next week... Everyone is sure to be too busy for that.

Besides, what would we even do? When I'm not even certain retribution is the answer.

Week 2: Sunday

... Is it strange to say that this wasn't the worst one we've had to watch?

No, not strange at all. It was quick. Maybe a little better than watching it play out for, y'know, excruciating minutes.

[Sighing out.]

You know Rupert that well?

[ lux nods to that first bit. ]

No, I wouldn't say that we were close. But I did like him. Every time we spoke, I learned of more and more we had in common.

Though I think he was braver than I had been, as a child.

Week 3: Monday

[ lux throws a snowball at his back! wow. ]

He immediately takes a pratfall and falls face first into the snow. And just lays there. Perfectly still.]

Week 5: Friday

... I'm sorry to burden you with giving words of comfort, but you returned from the "daycare," and I know that what you can say about it is limited, but...

[He blinks - mostly at the 'sorry to burden you' when, well, everyone is having a very bad time this morning, but after his brain catches up to what's being said he nods quickly.]

Yes, she-- She will. Everyone's looking out for one another. I don't think anyone wanted to see her harmed at all.

Week 6: Tuesday

[ probably in the middle of class, because lux could not care less about paying attention during these stupid things anymore, lux looks up from her phone and over to mollymauk! ]

[If it's class, Molly is just thinking about butt again, and is deeply grateful for the chance to talk about something else that isn't these boring classes. Sitting up, and then digging his phone out to look at it. The text to speech will say it outloud as he plays it.]

Oh-- Like that one. That's much better than barking like a dog or something. Could make it fun. Tell me about someone and I try and guess who it is.

W6 - SUNDAY

That they have. Weird feeling. Made speaking to you and Dimitri really awkward for a few weeks there. You know I-- Could remember everything when I wasn't trying to remember. Very itchy.

W7 - SATURDAY

[ hello, lux is just vibing outside after All That Mess. ]

... I feel as if we've spent all day on this, yet I still don't know what to expect of tomorrow.

[ still, it's hard not to be at least a little upbeat, considering how saturdays usually go, here. ]

Fuck if I know. Things do seem to be turning around for the better, though. Or at least it feels that way? Don't know if it's too foolish to start being optimistic yet.
