[cool cool cool great just almost died that's fine. that's normal I guess. The fact that Caleb is like happy and in a good mood is almost a worse indicator. Who is this guy? Patting him on hopefully an ungory part and then turning to find a towel or wash cloth or something.]
I know. Figured you'd be irritated at me later if I didn't try and point it out at least.
[Just occupying himself with the idea that Caleb is going to appreciate some of the dried blood off but he isn't like the world's most gentle caretaker so the water on the cloth is all cold and he's a bit of a rough scrubber.]
Kind of seems to defeat the point of graduation, right? That we get to go home?
[It’s fine but if he scrubs the wounded area it starts bleeding again just a little, like breaking open stitches.]
I suppose if some want to leave, they can. But shouldn’t we stay? [Glancing up at him, worried.] I don’t want to go back there, schatz. It is nice here. And we will be safe.
[When he makes him bleed again - now being much more gentle about it, trying to press over it to get it stop. This is making him a bit sad though - some of it is just the curse, but, he's got good reason to be hesitant to go back. He keeps his voice light though, leaning in to kiss him on the forehead.]
Not that safe, obviously. Someone [Yasha, apparently] tried to split you like a baked ham.
[His face actually does fall a bit at that, pausing with the bloody washcloth in his hand for a second before he just goes back to it, looking just that little bit more tired.]
Would be nice to see Yasha, yeah. Hopefully when she's not swinging a sword at you next time.
[Kissing him again, briefly, because that made him a little bit sad, before he gets up to shrug his own coat off and toss it on the floor. Trying to lean his head under the tap in the sink to get the blood off the back of it.]
Yeah. Well, it'll be nice to be all back together again.

Well, it is normal to feel a little sad before graduation, we can enroll in new classes next year.

Interesting mix. Not sure how I feel about ... Veth [He's never technically MET Veth as such.] and I having to share a bathroom, but I'll think on it.
[He pauses, because it's hard to tell if the curse is just making him say silly shit or not but it feels mean to totally dismiss that as a joke.]
Obviously I'll go where you go. Already told you that. Did I tell you that? Well I'm telling you that, cursed or not.

[Pulling him by the jaw into a kiss.]
I want to stay, let us stay.

You say that, but I know you. You'll definitely change your mind. Hopefully soon. Just wanted you to know.
