We aren't going to win a voucher based bid, though I agree putting them in there is a good idea. They do care quite a bit about getting vouchers. Maybe we could promise to buy things only from him for a while, too?

There's benefits to a sword that doesn't cut, too. If someone is killed with a sword, can't be yours. But take the vouchers you need.
