I wasn't going to! Well, what they are is a very good dessert, and you can eat them two ways. You can either stand outside the bakery where you bought it and eat it in two bites and be done with it, which, of course, don't get me wrong, is plenty satisfying by itself.
Or you take some time and eat around the edges and leave the part in the middle, which is full of all of the fruit jam - the best bit by far - for last.
