[She's checking out the new locations as soon as she wakes up, so on Monday morning, she wonders into the planetarium. She's about to greet Mollymauk when she sees them, but then she sees the brightness at the corner of her vision and looks up. She's not really the type to be somber or reverent, but there is something a little bit quieter about her body language and her voice, when she speaks up.]
[Oh, hi. Molly apparently got here early - or at least a few minutes ago, and has already pretty must just seated himself on one of the mats on the floor to observe.]
I think it’s just an illusion. Still, quite pretty though, isn’t it?
[She stares up at them for another few seconds as she stands towards the doorway, her expression turning into a frown as she does, before she plops down on a mat too. Thoughtfully, and a little bit sullenly for whatever reason:]
Is this just what they they look like in your home, or is this a poor imitation?
[She doesn't seem sad, at least! Even the five seconds of sulkiness from earlier has passed.]
They must be prettier in person. [Thinking, thinking.] One of my teammates back home wanted to travel to the top just so she could see them someday. It's caused us a lot of trouble! So I hope they're worthwhile when we take her there. It's a shame she's not here, though... I think she'd probably like even this much.
Huh? I guess. Honestly, as long as she makes it up, the rest isn’t up to me. We don’t really get along at all! I think she’s pretty stupid. [There goes the sweet moment... Flying away in the breeze...] But I owed a friend of hers a favor, I guess.
[She turns towards him.]
What about you? You said you had an adventuring group, right?
[He doesn’t expand, but the obvious answer is “found family” even though endorsi is obviously too cool for that bullshit]
I didn’t witness that particular event, though. Sounds fascinating? But, yes. For the most part. Beau uses her fists and a staff, moves quick. A few magic users. A wizard, a cleric. Whatever Fjord has going on. Whatever I’ve got going on. A rogue - you know, sneaky, crossbow, likes to steal trinkets and the like. Our barbarian. Big sword, big muscles, very shy at parties.
Oh. You mentioned them already. Stand at the back and manipulate the elements and such. Fireballs, healing, cat’s paws made of mud, giant lollipops, that sort of thing. Wave . . . something or other.
You have weird names for things, Fisherman. [God.] Really. Though I don't expect that's quite in the realm of normal. Jester is certainly a unique person, though very charming.
