Fuck off! It's really got nothing to do with looks! Conversation is big for me, and there were a few twists there. Anyway, plenty of people are . . . into Despair in a big way, and that's one I don't fucking understand either.

He has strong views on certain topics, and we have had many disagreements. He is an intelligent conversationalist and tends to speak his mind bluntly, but respects those who stand up for their own beliefs even if they contradict with his so long as one argues for them with logic.

Also, he is very tall, if that's something you like.

If you ask me, it's a cold heart that can talk up a pretty circle and pretend to care about the things you believe, all while thinking they'd just get rid of you if ever you made the wrong argument or became too much of an inconvenience. Call me illogical or whatnot but I do like to believe you should have some respect for life, even if it's a bit broken or bent.

[A sniff. also note, molly has BARELY spoken to despair. just bit anti-hours vibes here over one handwavey comment about harrow. the stan.]

[Sometimes Molly just. . . says things, and they aren't the things she thinks she believes but they are just obviously right, and she has no counterargument. Her feeling when he says that is just so sad. It's hard to pinpoint why, exactly. It just makes her think of her mother's gentle hands, helping her with a piece of rope.]

I suppose, but I'm not sure I agree with the premise, that that's really what he's like.

Anyway, I'm used to people who are a bit cold. I am a bit cold. It doesn't trouble me in the same way. Coldness can be compassionate, too.
