[Here's my shitty starter, but you know what. It's a place to begin. Molly is heading back to the dorm at some point on Friday, shooting a bit of a concerned look at all the Upset Teens about the place. This one in particular.]
[This is fine. Molly is allowed. Tsuyukusa is keeping his hands busy turning the cushion and some pillows into fort walls.]
I thought... I think some part of me thought maybe the second time was a fluke. Maybe that would be the end of it. But now... I mean, three times in a row, it's clearly... It's just going to keep happening, right? Until we're all dead?
[He'd just vibing somewhere, sitting cross-legged on the grass, staring off into space or at his phone - kind of jumping when he's run up suddenly, but relaxing when he sees who it is.]
Ah, yes, well. Some of it. He probably knows more about that than me - but a couple of things I can do because I'm a tiefling. [He sticks his tongue out.] Natural charm and all.
[Tsuyukusa is just out here, looking aimless and stressed out. Spotting Molly doesn't help TOO much but he does have something almost hopeful in his eyes when he wanders over.]
[Tsuyukusa is just sitting slumped over in a desk when Molly comes in, looking emotionally exhausted, but on the plus side, his arm is no longer in a sling??]
Tieflings don't exactly just pop back up to life after dying normally either. So probably the same way as me?
'Course, they've got clerics that can cast resurrections now. Makes it slightly less complicated for him. We're getting beside the point, which is ... I get it. Sometimes your body does things that you have very little control over.
[Well he can get from context clues now the answer to his question "why did you kill Caleb."]
... Yeah. There's... where I'm from, there's this thing called the yakou. It influences ayakashi to become more violent, to attack people, so that humans learn to fear and hate the ayakashi. It happened to my friend once. It happened to me, too. But... here there's nothing to blame for it. This "story" doesn't even have a body. How are we supposed to fight it?
... That doesn't really make me feel any better. I don't want... I don't want to leave here with everyone thinking of me as just someone who was an inconvenience.
I don't... I'm sure no one believes me when I say I really just wanted to help. I wanted to make things better. I'm just-just- [Terrible at it? Maybe.]
W2 - FRIDAY
Doing alright?
no subject
I'm fine.
[He looks mad.]
no subject
You ... don't have to be, you know. Not everyone has to be fine all the time.
no subject
I thought... I think some part of me thought maybe the second time was a fluke. Maybe that would be the end of it. But now... I mean, three times in a row, it's clearly... It's just going to keep happening, right? Until we're all dead?
no subject
Don't really know. Future is a bit cloudy on that front, I'm afraid.
no subject
Isn't the future normally pretty cloudy? Unless you're a sacred priestess or something like that.
no subject
[Watching the fort be built, tilting his head.]
You close to Sieghart?
no subject
I talked to him some. He reminded me of my dad a little... But everyone in this dorm just feels more familiar.
[Since he sees them every day.]
You're a fortune teller?
no subject
[After a second of looking at his phone.]
You know Kon, right?
no subject
week 2, sunday
Hey, can I ask you something?
no subject
Oh. Sure?
no subject
[Haha.]
no subject
Molly just blinks.]
I-- Maybe? What'd he say exactly?
no subject
no subject
[Charm spells. He means charm spells.]
no subject
So what, you can use magic to seduce people? There's ayakashi like that.
week 5, friday
Hey, can I ask you something?
no subject
Mm? What it is?
no subject
I know you can't like... really remember daycare but, it's an alright place, right?
week 5, post trial
... Molly. I guess I'm taking your place?
no subject
No. Nothing like that, I hope.
no subject
[Just staring at his own hands. His murder hands.]
no subject
[Just reaching over to put his hands over his? Pushing them down a bit? Sad.]
You didn't exactly murder anyone either. Under your own power at any rate.
no subject
It wasn't??
[DODGING THE MATTER OF WHETHER THE MURDER WAS HIS FAULT.]
no subject
Doesn't matter much right now, does it?
no subject
I guess not. I'm just glad you're back. At least now I don't have to feel bad about pissing off Beau.
[YOU KILLED HER GIRLFRIEND MAYBE YOU SHOULD.]
no subject
You did kill her girlfriend. Maybe you should a little.
[Wow. Anyway he kind of said that snappily, but he relaxes, holding his hands up a bit.]
I killed Caleb.
no subject
What the hell are you talking about? Caleb isn't dead.
no subject
Not here, no.
no subject
Back home? But, I mean, he's human, so how is he alive now?
no subject
'Course, they've got clerics that can cast resurrections now. Makes it slightly less complicated for him. We're getting beside the point, which is ... I get it. Sometimes your body does things that you have very little control over.
no subject

W7 - SATURDAY
You really shoved your foot through it, didn't you?
no subject
It's apparently all I'm good for.
no subject
Well, think about it this way - if things have worked out alright, then you'll have plenty more time to learn to deal with these sorts of things?
no subject
I don't... I'm sure no one believes me when I say I really just wanted to help. I wanted to make things better. I'm just-just-
[Terrible at it? Maybe.]
